By accessing or using the Aureum Aletheia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including capital providers, companies, and any other parties accessing the platform.
Aureum Aletheia provides structured evaluation infrastructure for capital market participants. All outputs — including deal memos, composite scores, risk classifications, and gap analyses — are structured intelligence for informational and operational purposes only.
Aureum Aletheia does not provide: investment advice; legal advice; valuation opinions; financial advisory services; or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All capital allocation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
Capital provider accounts are created at no cost. Company accounts require a one-time Platform Access Fee of $19.99 USD, payable at registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these terms.
Evaluation services are commissioned on demand and priced per report. Current pricing is as follows: Tier 1 (Angel & Seed) — $500 USD, 24-hour delivery; Tier 2 (Series A & B) — $1,500 USD, 48-hour delivery; Tier 3 (Enterprise) — custom scope and pricing. All fees are payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable once evaluation work has commenced.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information submitted to the platform. Aureum Aletheia evaluates information as provided. The quality and accuracy of evaluation outputs is directly dependent on the quality and accuracy of submitted information. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
All evaluation outputs, scoring frameworks, methodology documentation, and platform content are the intellectual property of Aureum Aletheia. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use evaluation outputs for their own internal business purposes. Outputs may be shared with third parties (e.g., investors) for the purpose for which they were generated. Resale, redistribution, or commercial licensing of outputs is prohibited without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aureum Aletheia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: reliance on evaluation outputs; capital allocation decisions made using platform outputs; inaccuracies in submitted data; or any other use of the platform. The total aggregate liability of Aureum Aletheia to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Aureum Aletheia reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time for violation of these terms, submission of fraudulent information, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle users to refunds of fees paid for services already delivered.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Aureum Aletheia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
